Phillips 66® Megaplex XD3 is a high-performance, multipurpose, lithium complex, extreme-pressure (EP) grease containing 3% Molybdenum Disulfide. It is specially developed for use in construction and mining equipment operating under heavy or shock loading. Manufactured with high-quality base oil and a lithium complex soap thickener, it is fortified with EP and anti-wear additives, as well as rust and oxidation inhibitors. The 3% Moly content provides an extra margin of wear protection under boundary lubrication conditions. It features high dropping point and excellent mechanical stability to ensure it stays in the bearing under high-temperature and high-vibration service. It is highly resistant to water washout and provides superior protection against rust and corrosion.
