With its reusable drive unit and programmable LCD, it delivers the exact milligram of grease required, regardless of ambient temperature or backpressure. It’s the "Red Seal" choice for precision maintenance.


The Phillips 66® STAR VARIO is a high-precision, electromechanical automatic lubricator featuring a reusable drive unit and an easy-to-read LCD display. It is fully programmable by weeks (1–52) or months (1–12), allowing for total control over lubricant delivery. Available in 60cc, 120cc, 250cc, and 500cc cartridges, the STAR VARIO operates independently of ambient temperature and can handle pressure builds up to 7.5 bar (109 psi). This makes it the premier choice for high-speed motor bearings, large industrial fans, and critical pumps where precision and reliability are paramount.

MAMMOTH TECHNICAL TIP:

Distance matters. While this unit can push up to 5 meters, always use a 10mm (3/8") ID line for remote mounting to minimize backpressure and ensure the motor isn't working overtime.
